1. No Refund Policy
Mehta Driving School maintains a strict no-refund policy. Once payment has been made for any lesson, package, or test booking, it is non-refundable, regardless of attendance, cancellation, or completion.
Please ensure you are fully committed before booking and making payment.
- All package payments are non-refundable.
- Payments made for unused lessons before package expiry are not refundable.
- Packages, lessons, and bookings are not transferable to another person.
2. Package Terms & Conditions
- All discounted lesson packages must be paid in full to your instructor on the first lesson. Lay-by arrangements or partial payments are not accepted.
- Discounted lesson packages can only be booked during business hours, Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
- All discounted packages must be used within 3 months (90 days) from the date of the first lesson.
- Any unused lessons remaining after the package expiry date will be forfeited and cannot be refunded, transferred, or extended.
3. Lesson Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that schedules can change. To accommodate all students fairly:
- A minimum of 24 hours’ notice must be provided directly to your instructor if you wish to cancel or reschedule a lesson.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend a scheduled lesson, will result in the lesson being forfeited.
- In such cases, the full lesson fee may be charged or the lesson may be deducted from your package balance.
- No refunds or credits will be issued for missed lessons or late cancellations.
4. Test Package Cancellations
Driving test packages, including test-day services and bundled lessons, are non-refundable once booked.
- A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a driving test session.
- Late cancellations or non-attendance may result in the loss of the full booking fee.
- No refunds will be provided for driving test packages once confirmed.
5. Instructor Cancellations
If a lesson or test is cancelled by the instructor due to unforeseen circumstances, including illness, emergencies, or vehicle issues:
- We will reschedule your appointment at no additional cost.
- If rescheduling is not possible, a credit will be applied toward a future session.
- No monetary refunds will be issued.
